As a House Cleaner with Regal Care, you will deliver essential domestic assistance that supports independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You’ll work in clients’ homes, providing quality cleaning and maintaining a safe environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality cleaning services: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen and bathroom cleaning Assist with general household duties including laundry, bed-making, and tidying Maintain a clean and hygienic home environment based on individual client needs Follow client support plans and Regal Care procedures Build respectful, professional relationships with clients Report any changes in client needs or concerns to the office promptly Work independently and manage time effectively across multiple shifts Requirements (No formal qualifications required) NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (support provided if needed) Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence Smartphone for schedules, apps, and communication Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Genuine passion for helping people in the community Benefits Above award wages Training and development opportunities Strong work–life balance Local shifts close to home Paid travel between shifts Supportive team environment Ongoing supervision and mentoring
