The Role As a Second Early Childhood Teacher you will: Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for our children. Motivate and lead a team of educators within the Kindy Room. Develop strong relationships with families, children, team members and the community. Support the centre to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards. Have a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and QKLG.
