Job Description About Our Client We are partnering with our client, a premium flash sales business operating across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. The business works directly with luxury brands and official distributors to transform past-season inventory into high-performing, sustainable online and offline sales experiences. Sustainability is core to the model, with a strong focus on circular retail and responsible inventory management. About the Role As the Customer Support Specialist, you will deliver a seamless customer experience across online sales and offline events. You will manage high volumes of enquiries while acting as a key link between customers, brand partners, and operational teams. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, ownership, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Customer support Manage and resolve customer enquiries in line with service level targets Troubleshoot order issues using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify Cross-functional coordination Liaise with warehouse and brand partners to resolve customer issues Translate operational updates into clear, customer-ready communication CRM and data Maintain accurate customer records to support personalised communication Brand integrity and improvement Monitor and investigate unauthorised resale activity Identify recurring customer issues and propose process improvements Share customer insights with Product and Marketing teams Requirements 1 to 3 years’ experience in customer support or customer experience, ideally e-commerce Experience using ticketing systems and CRM tools Strong written and verbal English communication skills Exposure to Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento is an advantage Job Details Location: Sydney CBD Employment type: Permanent, full-time Working arrangement: Hybrid of 4 office days per week Start date: ASAP What’s On Offer Exposure to both online and offline retail operations Clear development pathways within customer experience or operations International business exposure A role with real impact on customer trust and brand integrity
