Job Description About the role We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering & Maintenance to lead our cotton operations and drive excellence in asset management, reliability, and safety. Reporting to senior leadership, you will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to our engineering and technical teams. You’ll shape the future of our ginning, warehousing, and supply chain assets by implementing cutting-edge maintenance strategies, delivering capital projects, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role involves extensive travel—approximately three days per week—to our regional sites across NSW, QLD, and WA. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement asset management and renewal strategies to meet performance, budget, and safety targets. Lead engineering and maintenance teams across multiple sites, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and customer focus. Deliver capital projects on time and on budget, ensuring zero harm. Drive continuous improvement through data analytics, benchmarking, and best-practice methodologies such as Six Sigma and LEAN.
