The agency ensures compliance with legislation and delivers evidence‑based regulatory outcomes. About the Role This APS6 role is suited to an experienced Project Manager who can lead the delivery of priority projects from planning through to implementation and completion. You will manage complex workstreams, drive progress, engage stakeholders, identify risks, and contribute to improvements in regulatory processes and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and to expected quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and documentation to support effective delivery. Engage and manage key internal and external stakeholders to ensure information flow, alignment, and progress. Apply relevant legislation, policy, and operational knowledge to guide project activities. Analyse issues, interpret information, and provide clear, evidence‑based recommendations. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints impacting project delivery. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including updates to procedures, workflows, and guidance material. About You You must be an Australian Citizen, able to start on 16 February 2026, and commit to the full 52‑week contract. You will bring: Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, leading and delivering complex projects through to successful completion. Strong capability in managing project timelines, risks, stakeholders, and deliverables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Objective, Objective Connect, and Power BI. Qualifications in project management, public administration, science, or related fields (desirable). Ability to address the selection criteria with clear, evidence‑based examples. Why Join?
