Construction Supervisor – Civil & Earthworks Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off | FIFO ex. Perth | 6-month casual contract Drive high-impact projects. Lead with safety. Deliver quality. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to support our client, reporting directly to the Superintendent Construction. This is a hands-on position where you will oversee contractor performance and ensure civil construction works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. You will play a key role on site, coordinating contractors and subcontractors, maintaining strong safety leadership, and ensuring works are completed in line with project, quality, and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include: Providing strong, visible safety leadership and promoting a zero-harm culture Maintaining a strong site presence to identify hazards and ensure effective controls are in place Implementing and reinforcing safe systems of work across all contractor activities Managing safety incidents, including reporting, investigation, and close-out actions Coordinating contractor mobilisation in line with pre-mobilisation requirements Supervising contractors and subcontractors to ensure technical, quality, and compliance standards are met (including ITPs and MDR documentation) Monitoring progress and reporting actual work completed against project schedules About the Projects You will be overseeing a range of civil and earthworks projects including: Construction of drainage channels and flood bunds at pit Comms tower pad construction and installation Road works Underground dewatering pipe installation HV electrical cable trenching and directional drilling About You You will bring a strong background in civil or earthworks supervision, ideally within a mining or heavy industry environment. You are practical, proactive, and confident leading contractors in a fast-paced site setting.
