Responsibilities and Tasks: Plan and organise the preparation and cooking of food in our casual dining kitchen in accordance with established menus and standards. Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence. Prepare and cook a range of menu items, including pizzas, pastas and other signature dishes, using fresh ingredients. Estimate and coordinate food and labour requirements to maintain efficient kitchen operations. Enforce hygiene and food safety regulations within the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health standards. Discuss food preparation issues with kitchen management and team members to resolve challenges. Demonstrate cooking techniques and assist in guiding kitchen staff where needed. Maintain a clean, organised and well‑stocked kitchen work area at all times. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience. Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef or similar role.
