About the Role This is a great opportunity for a Cardiac Sonographer who’s open to working across regional Victoria , including Hamilton & Warrnambool , and is keen to build hands-on experience in a diverse and clinically rich environment. You’ll be part of the clinical engine that powers everything we do, working alongside Cardiologists and senior clinicians while gaining exposure to complex and varied cases . Travel to regional sites is a core part of the role, with travel allowances provided and above market salary packages . Key Responsibilities Performing high-quality echocardiograms in line with clinical standards Working across regional locations, including Hamilton and surrounding areas Identifying and documenting key cardiac findings with clinical accuracy Collaborating closely with Cardiologists and the broader clinical team Participating in case discussions, quality initiatives, and clinical reviews Contributing to continuous improvement and best-practice care delivery Supporting timely reporting without compromising quality Every scan you perform directly contributes to better, faster patient outcomes in regional communities. About You Newly qualified or early-career Cardiac Sonographer able to scan independently. Relevant qualification in Cardiac Sonography / Medical Ultrasound Solid understanding of cardiac anatomy and echocardiographic principles Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical quality Willingness to travel and work across regional Victoria Confident, organised, and able to work independently in regional settings Nice-to-haves ASAR accreditation (or working towards) Interest in complex or advanced cardiac cases Previous exposure to regional, hospital, or high-volume clinical environments Above all, you’re curious, motivated, and keen to accelerate your clinical development—while making a real difference to patients who rely on regional cardiac services.
