This role suits someone who wants supplementary work alongside their own gardening business or other commitments. You’ll start with limited hours, with the opportunity to increase hours over time based on your capacity and client demand. About Good Works for Australia Good Works for Australia Pty Ltd is a private labour agency delivering home care services to people with disability, older Australians, and private clients. What you’ll be doing You’ll provide a range of garden maintenance services, including : Tidying overgrown gardens and green waste removal (when required) Lawn mowing, edging, whipper snipping Hedge trimming and small tree branch trimming (as requested) Weed maintenance (removal and spraying) Using a simple mobile app to view your roster, clock in/out, and write notes Submitting invoices (paid weekly) What we’re looking for To be successful in this contractor role, you’ll have: Proven experience providing gardening services professionally National Police Check ABN and Public Liability Insurance Your own vehicle, tools, and gardening equipment A friendly, reliable approach and willingness to support the community Availability for ongoing work (starting small and building over time) Support from our team Our coordinators are available to support you 24/7, 7 days a week, all year round .
