You will be a key player in the HR team, supporting a significant growth initiative and ensuring a seamless experience for all employees. What you’ll be doing: Provide foundational HR operational support for the ANZ region. Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and maintain data integrity within Workday. Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via their ticketing system ( ServiceNow ). Support key HR projects related to a major business transformation. Champion a best-in-class employee experience in every interaction. What you'll bring to the team: Demonstrable experience in an HR Operations or People Operations role. Essential hands-on experience with Workday for managing employee data. Strong proficiency with HR ticketing systems, with ServiceNow being highly desirable. A passion for process improvement and delivering an exceptional employee experience. Familiarity with a modern HR tech stack is a plus (e.g., GoogleSuite, PANDAAI, AskHR, Loop ).
