The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the projects team, AM for the client, or any other internal stakeholders, are engaged throughout project delivery. This role is expected to achieve assigned KPI’s and provide ownership and accountability with exceptional communication. Skills And Experiences Qualifications Essential Industry recognised Project Management certification Desirable Prince2 certification PMP certification Certified Scrum Master Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Tertiary Project Management qualification (Diploma or Batchelor’s degree) Experience Essential Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager, or in program/project support roles, working on ICT-related projects (e.g., Office365 product suite, end user compute, infrastructure/network upgrades/replacement) Basic understanding of Current Key Business Technologies and concepts. Strong Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and any other relevant tools within reason. Strong Project Management tool experience such as MS Project. Desirable 3 years in similar role within a traditional Managed Services Provider. Experience implementing a PMO Strong presentation skills. Experience with ConnectWise. Experience with BrightGauge and/or Power BI.
