About the Job We are seeking a Sales Support Associate (Aesthetics) to join our Aesthetics Business Unit, based in North Sydney, NSW , with a flexible hybrid work model. This newly created role plays a critical part in enabling seamless customer engagement by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support across Sales, Marketing, and GAIN (HCP education program) teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate calendars, agendas, and logistics for internal and external meetings, training sessions, events, and conferences. Support the planning and execution of HCP training programs and events, including venue coordination, catering, materials preparation, and compliance alignment. Manage the distribution and tracking of promotional and educational materials to HCPs and internal stakeholders. Provide cross-functional coordination and communication support across Sales, Marketing, and GAIN teams to ensure alignment on customer-facing activities. Support purchase order creation, supplier setup, expense management, and honoraria payments, as well as preparation of business reports, presentations, and meeting documentation. Ideally You Will Have A minimum of 4 years’ experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or aesthetics. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A highly collaborative working style with proven experience partnering across cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer and service mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous.
