The important parts: Temp to perm (for the right person) Monday to Friday – no WFH 9am-5pm $40per hour super ASAP Start Smithfield – parking onsite What you will be required to do: Our client is seeking an experience administrator to join their team. The candidate will need to have 3 years in an administration role, as this position requires high volume of administration and coordination Assist with communications and correspondence for key updates and inquiries. Assist with projects as required in a support capacity. Communicate in office with all levels of staff to ensure coordination. Speak to customers if required To be successful in the role you will: Strong administrative background - over 3 years Able to work autonomously A high level of computer literacy - use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to think proactively and show initiative. Have working rights in Australia Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
