What you can expect with this role Support the delivery of the customer insights program to enhance customer centricity and decision making across the enterprise. Investigate data from different sources, uncover new insights and customer understanding, develop compelling story-telling using the evidence. Support the delivery of key business initiatives by working with stakeholders to develop the evidence and insights needed to inform decisions and measure improvements. Collaborate with customer experience designers to understand how we can effectively measure customer journeys and improvement initiatives, helping to lift outcomes. Your skills and experience For this role, we are looking for great talent with: Ability to understand and analyse data, create effective data visualisations, identify strategic insights, and use story-telling to effectively communicate the impacts and outcomes. Ability to manipulate and analyse quantitative data sets. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver against project objectives. Knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous, but not essential.
