In this role, you will be responsible for the collection, ownership, and maintenance of product data and digital assets to ensure consistency for all business processes and decision making. You will also be collaborating with relevant stakeholders on the creation and upkeep of new and existing products with a focus on data governance, quality, and collection to uplift the customer experience. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based at Blackwoods Greystanes. About the role: Act as the first point of contact for product data issues/queries Ensure product master data is accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements and policies Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholder groups and offshore teams Ensure product data supports range optimisation, supplier negotiations, and profitability analysis Collaborate with Sales and Customer teams to support with creation of new parts driven by customer consolidation programs Contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives About you: Previous experience in a customer centric or procurement type role (2 years preferred) Experience with STIBO Systems Exposure in managing data sets Demonstratable experience in MS Office (including excel) and relevant data platforms High level attention to detail Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines Continuous improvement mindset Next Steps If you meet most of the criteria listed above and would like to be considered for this opportunity, please send your application today.
