The Opportunity: Join the Housekeeping team at Crystalbrook Flynn and take pride in maintaining the cleanliness, safety and presentation of our public areas and shared spaces. As a Public Areas Attendant, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring all public spaces consistently reflect Crystalbrook’s high standards and attention to detail. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, responding to daily cleaning requirements, operational needs and guest-facing areas throughout the hotel. You will take a proactive approach to identifying hazards, reporting maintenance issues and supporting smooth hotel operations. This is a casual role offering 16-24 hours per week, with additional hours available depending on operational requirements. The Talent: We are seeking a dependable and motivated team member who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of cleanliness, presentation and safety in a hotel environment. Previous experience in housekeeping or public area cleaning is preferred, however a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally valued. You bring a calm, organised approach to your work, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards. You are professional, reliable and enjoy being part of a culture that is collaborative, courageous and customer obsessed!
