The Casual Theatre Technician supports the Blue Mountains Theatre to deliver a range of high class live performance events. The incumbent will have a varied role, and will require sound working knowledge of the Hub’s infrastructure, activities, and program, with the expectation of providing the highest possible standard according to established procedures. The incumbent may be a lighting, audio or AV specialist, but must be willing to cover basic aspects of all three. Demonstrated technical experience in an arts organisation and working within a team to present live performance activities including theatre, dance, music, conferences, workshops from large to small community events. In addition, demonstrated experience as a lighting, sound and/or audio visual technician using a range of lighting and sound desks.
