Our Occupational Therapy team supports individuals to enhance their independence, function, and participation in meaningful daily activities. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct functional, sensory, psychosocial, and environmental assessments Develop goal-directed, culturally responsive care plans with clients and families Deliver trauma-informed, occupation-based interventions that promote safety, empowerment, and independence Support clients to build capacity in self-care, community participation, and daily living Collaborate closely with other allied health and community partners to ensure integrated, holistic care Measure outcomes using evidence-based tools and contribute to quality improvement initiatives What You’ll Bring Qualifications AHPRA registration as an occupational therapist Experience Post-qualification experience , ideally in community or private disability, or trauma-informed settings Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and clinical documentation standards Confident decision-maker with sound clinical reasoning and ethical judgment Additional Requirements National Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check Current Victorian Driver’s License If you’re a self-driven professional looking for independence, flexibility, and a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
