Staff Specialist – Medical Imaging The Department of Medical Imaging at the Mackay Base Hospital has opportunity for a Clinical Director to join their team on a Permanent Full-Time basis (80hrs p.f.). We are seeking a Specialist in Medical Imaging to provide high-quality clinical services within a modern, well-resourced department. Key responsibilities include: Delivering expert clinical services to the Medical Imaging Department Educating and collaborating with: Medical staff and students Nursing and allied health professionals Relevant community and stakeholder groups Actively participating in: Patient safety initiatives Clinical audit and research Service planning and continuous improvement This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing regional health service while maintaining an excellent work–life balance. Total remuneration package up to $549,491 p.a., comprising: Base salary: $215,078 – $271,430 p.a. (L18–L27) Superannuation: Up to 12.75% employer contribution Annual leave loading: 17.5% (on four weeks leave) Professional Development Allowance: $21,500 p.a.
