We pride ourselves on fresh ingredients, consistency, and excellent customer experience. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and contributing to menu development. Key Duties and Responsibilities Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant’s standards Planning menus and estimating food and labour costs Monitoring food quality, portion control, and presentation Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage Supervising and training kitchen staff as required Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment Skills and Experience Required Minimum 1 Year of relevant work experience as a Chef Relevant qualification (Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Knowledge of Australian food safety standards Strong teamwork and communication skills
