The primary role is Program Manager for Springvale PARC, a women’s Prevention and Recovery Care service delivered in partnership with Monash Health. Springvale PARC is a 24 hour, community based, sub acute mental health service supporting women who are stepping up from the community or transitioning from inpatient settings, offering short term, recovery oriented support in a safe, home-like environment. As Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the Springvale PARC program. This includes people leadership and workforce planning, recruitment and development, service quality and continuous improvement, financial oversight, risk management and strong partnership engagement with Monash Health. You will work closely with your team and stakeholders to ensure the service is safe, responsive and aligned to the needs of the participants in our care. Extending your leadership impact In addition to the Springvale PARC Program Manager role, this position includes additional responsibilities that will sit alongside your core duties and are recognised through commensurate compensation. You will support the Program Managers across Travancore PARC and the four Monash PARC services, providing operational support, shared problem solving and regular supervision meetings to strengthen leadership practice, service quality and consistency. The role also includes responsibility for preparing the monthly Monash governance report and contributing to governance and operational meetings, presenting service updates in partnership with Program Managers. This role reports directly to and will be supported by the General Manager. The expanded duties of this role require travel between all PARC sites and offers meaningful exposure to regional leadership, governance and collaborative partnership. About you You are an experienced Program Manager or senior people leader with a strong understanding of PARC services and partnership environments. You are confident in operational oversight, people leadership and service quality, and comfortable working across multiple priorities and locations. You enjoy working collaboratively with other leaders and are motivated by opportunities that stretch your leadership and are eager to extend your impact beyond a single service and contribute to the strength, quality and cohesion of PARC services.
