Key Responsibilities: · Project Coordination: Coordinate project kick-off enablement activities, and the breakdown of projects in JIRA. Lead the maintenance of JIRA project record. Follow up on deadlines and milestones. Communicate outputs, and ensure their accurate release in Teamcenter. Communicate schedule updates to stakeholders. Conduct project change management. Engineering and Project Systems: Act as the team's Teamcenter administrator, ensuring accuracy of data and status. Ensure fluid transfer of engineering master data through to SAP ERP. Enable the safe and timely dissemination of engineering information, Lead the agile methodology across multiple engineering teams in the APAC region. Change and Master Data support: Conduct Request for basic data activities. Review and flag data inconsistencies and conduct change management. Quality, compliance and reporting: Maintain the system for reporting forecasts, workload and performance metrics across multiple workstreams. Ensure the timely release of engineering reporting. Assist in the preparation of short and long term plans to ensure appropriate resourcing levels and effective load balancing. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: A bachelor degree in Engineering, science or commerce. (Desired) Experience using or administering any or all of the following systems (in order of importance): Jira, SAP, Teamcenter, Power BI, Microsoft suite Prior experience in an engineering support or engineering role would be highly regarded.
