About the Role:We’re looking for a passionate and service-driven Guest Service Agent to join our front office team. In this role, you’ll be the face of the hotel — welcoming guests, ensuring their stay runs smoothly, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. You’ll play a key part in creating memorable experiences and upholding our high standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.• Respond promptly to guest needs, requests, and feedback.• Process reservations, transactions, and guest accounts accurately.• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations to ensure room readiness.• Communicate special requests to relevant departments and follow up.• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, hotel services, and current room packages.• Support telephonists and back office staff when needed.• Complete opening and closing shift duties as assigned.
