Known for its strong local following and high service standards, the hotel is seeking an experienced Hotel Duty Manager to support day-to-day operations and lead the front-of-house team. Key Duties & Responsibilities Overseeing daily hotel operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and functions Leading, supervising, and motivating front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service Managing staff rosters, breaks, and shift allocations Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS, and venue policies at all times Handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Monitoring venue presentation, cleanliness, and service standards Assisting with stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures Opening and closing the venue and managing end-of-day reconciliations Supporting management with operational reporting and procedures Ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for patrons and staff About You Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in a pub or hotel environment Current RSA and RCG (or willingness to obtain) Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays A hands-on, proactive approach to hospitality operations What We Offer Secure full-time position Supportive management and team environment Opportunity to work in a well-regarded Southern Highlands venue Competitive salary based on experience If you believe you are the right fit for this role, please apply via the link provided with your resume and relevant details.
