About You Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency (no visa sponsorship offered for this position) Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care Minimum 1–3 years’ relevant industry experience in a similar role Current NSW WWCC, First Aid (HLTAID012 – including CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis), and Child Protection training Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and National Regulations Leadership experience (highly valued): ability to mentor staff in collaboration with the ECT and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture Professional, positive attitude and genuine passion for children’s learning and wellbeing Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and must not be a prohibited person under the Education and Care Services National Law Current driver’s license and access to a car Benefits Work–Life Balance: Enjoy the huge benefit of being paid during school holiday terms, with paid term breaks and one professional development day per term.
