Long established, well known firm About The Role As a Personal Injuries Legal Assistant you will assist a Senior Associate and Paralegal on a mix of workcover, PIPA and CTP matters. Duties will include speaking with clients, dictation, preparing and amending court documents, preparing briefs, organising medico legal appointments, liaising with third parties, Government agencies, Barristers, and medical experts, preparing for mediation, etc. Your experience To be successful in this role you will have prior experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary, ideally in personal injuries or litigation.
