We’re looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our crew and help clients rock their golden years right in their own homes! Your Role: Conduct assessments and create personalised intervention plans for Support at Home clients. Enhance daily living, mobility, and safety at home and in the community. Prescribe equipment, assistive technology, and home modifications. Educate clients and families on adaptive techniques and home safety. Collaborate with caregivers, healthcare teams, equipment supppliers and Home Care providers. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years’ OT experience in similar role (desirable). Based in Perth’s metro and/or northern suburbs and willing to travel to clients’ homes. Comfortable with occasional rural travel (desirable). Loves getting out of an office/clinic and into the community. Team player with positive energy, empathy, and adaptability. Self-motivated and independent, yet savvy about reaching out for support when it counts. Part-time (0.6 FTE) and fulltime roles. Requirements: Tertiary OT qualification, AHPRA registered.
