A Day in the Life: Adult Support Worker In this role, you aren't just a "worker"—you are a lifestyle advocate. You will partner with adults and seniors to help them navigate their daily lives with confidence: Champion Independence : Assist with daily living skills and personal care, ensuring our clients live with dignity in their own homes and communities. Build Community: Plan and attend social outings, hobbies, and appointments that foster true social inclusion and skill-building. Advocate & Document : Maintain high standards of care through daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reporting. What You’ll Bring The Basics: A current NSW Driver’s Licence and a willingness to travel (it’s a mandatory part of the journey!). The Safety Essentials: Current First Aid & CPR Certificate, a paid NDIS Workers Check (NDSWC), and a Working with Children Check (WWCC). The Paperwork: Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR). The Edge: Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or Individual Support are highly regarded, but your passion and attitude matter most.
