Developing end-to-end social campaigns , from planning and publishing through to reviewing performance and refining what works. Learning how social media drives real business outcomes , including brand awareness, loyalty and customer engagement. Growing your community management capability , engaging directly with customers and shaping how the brand is experienced online. Expanding your paid social and analytics skillset , supporting audience targeting, optimisation and performance reporting. Working closely with creators, franchise partners and internal teams , building collaboration skills across a national brand environment .
