About the Role As a Shift Supervisor , you are responsible for leading the team during your shift and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. You will be a hands-on leader who supports, coaches and motivates the team, while maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, safety and cleanliness. This role is ideal for a confident team leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving performance through people.
