Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents based on their individual needs and care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, in accordance with professional guidelines and organisation policies Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, reporting any changes or concerns promptly Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in resident records Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies Qualifications and Experience: Current registration as a Registered/Enrolled Nurse Demonstrated experience and proficiency in aged care nursing Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of best practices in nursing care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Commitment to ongoing professional development Benefits: Competitive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications.
