Description Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and concerns. Coordinate and manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor and report on client account performance and feedback. Assist in the preparation of client proposals and presentations. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client services. Support the team with administrative tasks as required. Profile A successful Client Services Officer should have: Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably with Logistics experience Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
