Horticulture Trainer (Part-Time) The Hub for Learning - RTO 45630 The Hub for Learning is a privately owned, Hallam-based RTO delivering high-quality, customised training across a range of industry sectors. As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking expressions of interest from passionate educators who would like to join our expanding team. We are looking for a qualified Horticulture Trainer to deliver training to senior students at a special education school located near Frankston. This role focuses on teaching applied, hands-on horticulture units to students completing their VCE VM program. To be successful in this role, you will have: A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent Relevant horticulture qualifications and current industry experience A valid Working with Children Check Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs Strong student-engagement skills and the ability to build rapport A motivated, reliable, and self-directed approach An open-minded attitude and willingness to adapt to a new environment A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism The ability to deliver engaging, innovative, and practical learning experiences A genuine commitment to high-quality teaching and learning, particularly within VCE or high-school contexts About the Role: You will deliver a selection of Certificate II in Horticulture units, with an emphasis on applied learning and hands-on project work. The role encourages creativity and autonomy in designing practical activities that engage students in planning, problem-solving, and real-world learning.
