Key Responsibilities Customer experience Provide high-quality, compassionate and professional first-contact service to clients, families, visitors and staff Respond to enquiries, feedback and referrals with care, efficiency and discretion Maintain strong knowledge of CPA services to guide people to the right supports Reception, administration & office management Manage reception operations and administrative support, including room bookings, mail, fleet coordination, stationery and couriers Oversee effective use of site resources and facilities across business units Use technology and systems to streamline processes and enhance service delivery Support financial administration tasks such as purchase orders, petty cash and reconciliations Stakeholder relationships Build respectful, collaborative relationships across the organisation and with external partners Act as a central liaison point to ensure smooth site operations Demonstrate initiative and sound judgement in problem-solving and decision-making Safe & welcoming environment Support workplace health and safety requirements and emergency procedures Coordinate facilities maintenance and liaise with suppliers and internal teams Proactively identify and respond to risks to maintain a safe, inclusive environment About you You are someone who: Is passionate about delivering outstanding service and making a difference Acts with integrity and ethics , respecting confidentiality and diversity Is curious and proactive, always looking for better ways to improve systems and experiences Is courageous in problem-solving and confident in handling complex situations Treats everyone with respect , empathy and professionalism You will also bring: Strong experience in reception, customer service, administration and office management Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence using a range of digital systems and office technologies A Certificate IV qualification (or equivalent experience) The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment Why join Cerebral Palsy Alliance?
