Every day you will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families. Casual weekday & weekend shifts available, with potential opportunity to take on additional shifts in a Cleaning or Care Service Assistant for leave coverage. Shifts times for this role are: Monday - Friday 0800-1200 Thursday & Friday 0800-1400 Duties include: Laundering, pressing/ironing and folding items such as linen towelling and residents’ garments Cleaning/kitchen cloths, mops and garments, Utilising washing, drying, extracting, pressing, folding or other industrial machines/equipment, as required Collection and distribution of personal effects mistakenly sent to the laundry To be successful you will have Ideally your background will be in laundries or cleaning within aged care or hospitality.
