Description The National Key Account Manager is responsible for: Manage and nurture relationships with key retail accounts to drive sales growth. Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability and client satisfaction. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services within the retail industry. Profile A successful National Key Account Manager should have: Previous experience in sales or account management, ideally within the retail industry. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. A proactive and results-oriented approach to work. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
