This role is genuine, ongoing, and available on a full-time basis. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate the operations of the retail grocery store Determine product mix, pricing, purchasing, and inventory levels in line with business requirements Recruit, train, supervise, and manage staff, including rostering and performance management Monitor sales performance, budgets, profit margins, and operating expenses Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and merchandising plans Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and Fair Work obligations Maintain store security, presentation, and operational standards Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 1 years of relevant retail management experience Relevant qualifications in retail management, business, or equivalent experience Demonstrated ability to manage staff, stock control, and financial performance Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience with POS systems and inventory management Employment Conditions: Ongoing full-time position Position is based on the employer’s trading address Terms and conditions are no less favorable than those provided to Australian workers Please apply by submitting your resume and a brief cover letter demonstrating your suitability for the role.
