About you: Hold Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards Diploma (essential for this role) Thorough understanding of Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs. In-depth experience working in a childcare service. Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child’s individual needs and interests.
