Job Description The Payroll Test Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases to ensure that the Workday software application and integrations meet business requirements and quality standards within the People Experience Uplift Program. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify issues and improve the quality of Program deliverables. The role requires extensive experience in supporting test case development, test execution, triage and rest reporting within the Workday suite of modules including end to end payroll testing using the DevOps test tools. The role involves analyzing business requirements and technical documentation to design comprehensive test cases, developing and executing manual and automated test scripts across Workday and integrated platforms, and managing defect tracking through DevOps. It includes performing various testing types—functional, regression, integration, UAT, performance, security, and payroll—while collaborating with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues. The position requires active participation in Agile ceremonies, maintaining test documentation, ensuring adherence to QA standards, and providing accurate testing reports and metrics to stakeholders.
