We’re growing our national team of pharmacists at Wellness Partners Foundation. As a registered charity, our mission is to address disparities in health and wellness experienced by Australia’s most vulnerable and at-risk communities, including older persons who require care, those living in remote areas, First Peoples, and individuals experiencing homelessness. We’re currently looking to connect with Credentialed Pharmacists (or those keen to credential) who are interested in working as an Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) and Equity Care Onsite Pharmacist (ECOP), contribute across a broad range of mission-aligned initiatives. Locations: Brisbane (CBD and fringe) Toowoomba Gold Coast Tweed Heads Caboolture Sunshine Coast Sydney (CBD and fringe) Central Coast NSW Melbourne (CBD and fringe) Adelaide About the work This is an opportunity to practise at the top of scope, embedded in care settings, supporting medication safety, health literacy, and broader wellness outcomes for priority populations. Our pharmacists work closely with prescribers, care teams, and communities, bringing a person-centred lens to medication management. Roles can be full-time or part-time , with flexibility and support as you grow into the work.
