Our dentists and team are focused on patient-centered care, ensuring every visit is a positive experience for our patients. In this dual role, you will support our dental team by assisting with a variety of treatments while also providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Assist with patient management, including greeting patients, preparing them for procedures, and ensuring their comfort. Clinical Support: Prepare and sterilise dental instruments, assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, and maintain a clean and organised treatment area. Inventory Management: Monitor dental supplies levels, ensuring the treatment room is well-stocked and organised. Patient Education: Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and educate them about oral hygiene and preventive care. Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow and positive patient experience. Compliance: Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, as well as regulatory requirements in the dental practice. Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information about treatments and addressing patient concerns or complaints. Billing and Insurance: Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and assist patients with payment plans and verification.
