Clinical Leader - Community This is a full-time position available for experienced Registered Nurse with a Community Care background, to work with a reputable, not for profit, community care organisation We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to liaise with community clients in South West Sydney. You will be running assessments, developing care plans, admitting new clients to our community care programmes, including home care packages.
