We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing and overseeing all contractual agreements. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage contracts for various business activities. Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies. Maintain a comprehensive contract database and track key milestones and renewal dates. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to negotiate terms and resolve any contractual issues. Provide regular updates and reports on contract status to senior management. Support the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
