We're Hiring: Designer/Drafter - Mining, Ports, Quarries! We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Designer/Drafter to join our client based in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and design within the mining, ports/marines and quarries sectors, contributing to innovative projects that drive the business forward. Produce fabrication drawings, workshop details, and revising engineering markups accurately. A g ood understanding of weld symbols, GD&T, machining tolerances and ability to produce practical shop drawings is a must for this role. Location: Melbourne, Australia ⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office Role: Designer/Drafter - Mining, Ports, Quarries What You'll Do: Create detailed designs and drafts for mining and port projects. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy. ️ Utilize CAD software to produce high-quality drawings. Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders. Conduct site visits to gather data for project development. Maintain effective communication with team members throughout the project lifecycle. What We're Looking For: ✅ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. ✅ Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar).
