About the Role As the Practice & People Leader , your primary focus is supporting the well-being, engagement, and productivity of our clinical and client services teams. You’ll work closely with leadership to foster a culture of positivity, kindness, and teamwork , while also ensuring operational and performance targets are met. This role works to clearly defined KPIs , and you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and reporting on KPI performance across both the Practitioner and Administration teams , ensuring all team members are supported to meet their individual and clinic-wide goals. What We’re Looking For To be considered for this position, you’ll ideally have several years of experience in an HR/Admin role or leading a team of 20 , with demonstrated people management experience.
