Building on their expertise in diverse materials and sectors (commercial, education, healthcare, residential), and serving a vast range of clients from contactors to public sector - their team is expanding. This role would suit an experience structural engineer with the capability (or ambitions) of leading expansive and complex projects, whilst mentoring a small team of designers and reporting to the Director, in a collaborate environment, with a flexible office arrangement and impactful Brisbane projects. Key Role Highlights Lead technical solutions on urban projects with senior collaboration. Oversee calculations, complex modeling, sketches, reports, and documentation reviews. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, lead meetings, and perform site inspections. Lead project management elements, mentor junior engineers, and drive business development through bids and proposals. Australian standards and proficiency with concrete, structural steel, masonry, and timber structures. Ideal Candidate Engineering degree; Minimum 7 years in structural building design/engineering (within Australia or NZ) Experience mentoring juniors and leading project delivery.
