Job Title: Travel and Mobilisation Coordinator Location: Western Australia (Perth-based with WA-wide support) Industry: Mining / FIFO / Logistics Support About the Role We are seeking a skilled Travel and Mobilisation Coordinator to support FIFO and project mobilisation across Western Australia. You will coordinate travel, accommodation, and mobilisation logistics for personnel deployed to remote mine sites, ensuring smooth and compliant workforce movements in line with project schedules. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating complex logistics with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for FIFO personnel (flights, accommodation, transfers) Manage mobilisation and demobilisation schedules in line with project requirements Liaise with operations, recruitment, and site teams to coordinate workforce movements Ensure all personnel meet site entry requirements (medicals, inductions, permits, compliance) Manage travel changes, delays, and urgent mobilisation requests Coordinate with travel providers, airlines, accommodation suppliers, and transport vendors Maintain accurate records and reporting for travel and mobilisation activities Support continuous improvement of mobilisation processes and systems Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and site requirements Skills & Experience Previous experience in travel coordination, mobilisation, or workforce logistics Experience supporting FIFO or resource-sector operations in WA Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience with travel booking systems and logistics tools Desirable Experience in mining, construction, or logistics environments Knowledge of WA FIFO travel routes and site requirements Exposure to roster and workforce planning processes Personal Attributes Proactive and solutions-focused Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail Team player with a customer-service mindset Reliable and adaptable to changing priorities If this a role you are interested in, please apply directly.
