Job Title: Recruiter Location: Western Australia About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a range of roles in Western Australia. This role is responsible for attracting, assessing, and placing high-quality candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role criteria Coordinate interviews, offers, and pre-employment checks Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate records within the ATS and ensure compliance with policies Support workforce planning and recruitment reporting as required Skills & Experience Proven experience in recruitment (agency or internal) Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Experience recruiting in WA industries (e.g. mining, construction, trades, corporate) is advantageous Knowledge of Australian employment standards and recruitment compliance.
