Our client are a well-established civil construction company delivering complex concrete and structural projects across South Australia. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Structures Supervisor to lead multiple concrete construction projects in Adelaide. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a proven concrete supervisor who can independently manage teams, programs, and quality across multiple sites. About the Role Independently manage and deliver multiple concrete and structural projects Supervise up to 50 personnel across sites, including Concreters, Carpenters, Leading Hands, and Foremen Oversee all aspects of formwork and concrete construction Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings with confidence Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and sequencing to meet program and quality requirements Ensure safety, productivity, and workmanship standards are consistently met Work 6 days per week in a hands-on supervisory capacity About You Minimum 10 years’ experience in the concrete construction industry Proven track record as a Foreman or Supervisor on multi-level commercial projects Experience delivering Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects (highly regarded) Strong background in formwork and concrete structures Carpentry background preferred Demonstrated ability to run multiple projects independently Competent in reading and coordinating from structural and architectural drawings Basic computer skills (daily reporting, emails, simple documentation) Estimating experience is an advantage Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, diverse site teams Apply For a confidential discussion, contact Trav Hede at travis.hede@recruitsearchgrow.com or apply online to this role or other engineering opportunities.
