Role Overview: As a Trade Assistant, you’ll be supporting skilled fabricators in a busy workshop environment. Your work will involve assisting with hand and power tools, preparing materials, and supporting daily fabrication tasks to ensure production runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Assist fabricators with hand and power tools in assembling, cutting, and shaping materials. Support workshop operations, including loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Follow fabrication plans and instructions accurately to support production requirements. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards. Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate PPE and following workshop guidelines.
